MY FAVORITE LESSONS IN SHS

My Favorite Lesson

Introduction

Personally, I thought these three classes were impressive. I was able to understand more about a subject about which I am quite curious thanks to these subjects.

1. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT -  Mental health and well – being in middle and late adolescence.

During this session, I was able to learn more about the advanced causes and significant elements that affect the mental health of young people. I was able to identify the specific mental health conditions I really have. I can now recognize potential solutions since I am better informed.

2. UNDERSTANDING CULTURE SOCIETY AND POLITICS - Becoming a Member of Society.

The issue of being a part of society interests me because it examines the changes people go through when they fit in with social roles, norms, and institutions. It explores the dynamics of community involvement, cultural adaptation, and identity development, illuminating the ways in which people both influence and are influenced by the society in which they live. It is essential to comprehend this process in order to promote empathy, inclusivity, and successful social cohesiveness.

3.EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGY (ICT) - Online Safety, Security, Ethics And Etiquette

It is crucial to educate oneself and others on online safety, security, ethics, and etiquette in order to guard against threats including fraud, identity theft, cyberbullying, and false information. Comprehending these ideas fosters responsible conduct on the internet, protects privacy, and makes the internet a safer and more polite place for all users.

MY IDEAL WEBSITE LOOK

The reason why I love this UI of this website are;

  1. Visual Inspiration: Pinterest is a highly visual platform, making it perfect for discovering and organizing ideas on a wide range of topics, from home decor and fashion to recipes and DIY projects.

  2. Organization: Users can create boards to categorize and save pins, helping them keep their ideas and inspirations neatly organized.

  3. Discovery and Exploration: The platform's recommendation algorithms help users discover new ideas and trends based on their interests and past activity.

  4. Creativity and Personalization: Pinterest allows users to express their creativity and personality by curating boards that reflect their tastes and interests.

  5. Community and Sharing: Users can follow others, share pins, and collaborate on boards, fostering a sense of community and shared inspiration.

These features make Pinterest a popular choice for those looking to explore and organize their creative interests in a visually appealing way.

"Chess Basics: A Beginner's Guide to Mastering the Board"

Chess is a two-player strategy board game that has been enjoyed for centuries. The game is played on an 8x8 grid, called a chessboard, which consists of 64 squares alternately colored light and dark. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns.

VERSION OF THE WEB

 WEB 1.0

The "read-only" online era, known as online 1.0, began to take shape in the early 1990s and continued until the early 2000s. It had one-way communication, centralized content development, minimal interaction, static material, and a restricted selection of media. Users were able to view information, but they were not allowed to actively participate in it beyond clicking links. Owners of websites were in charge of them, and upgrading information frequently required manual coding. The foundation for dynamic and interactive web experiences in later stages, such Web 2.0, was established by Web 1.0.

WEB 2.0

Web 2.0, or the second generation of the World Wide Web, replaced static web pages with social media platforms and dynamic, interactive user-generated content. It first appeared in the early 2000s, encouraging group online experiences and giving users the ability to share, contribute, and work together in previously unheard-of ways.

WEB 3.0

The next version of the internet, known as Web 3.0, is centered on user control over data, decentralization, and interoperability. It builds a transparent and safe online that empowers people and builds trust via the use of peer-to-peer networks, decentralized protocols, and blockchain technology.
